A Private, Relaxing & Romantic Escape
With it's unique and modern design this isn't your typical "cabin up-north"! Dalahem sits on 5 acres of land with a quiet lake and setting, tranquil views and excellent privacy for a relaxing summer getaway! Take the kayaks out for a stroll or enjoy your morning coffee on the full-length deck overlooking the lake! You can bring the family or make it a romantic retreat! Just a 10-minute drive from Spooner and 30 minutes to Hayward!

Dalahem comes with everything you should need for your stay - including a fully stocked kitchen (plates, cups, cooking utensils etc), linens, towels and toiletries. We will have clean fresh linens on the bed waiting for you!
Dalahem is nestled into a private 5 acres on a peaceful, private lake. It is close to Spooner and Hayward which offers wonderful shops, restaurants and activities. It is also just a hop away from The Wild River 4wheeling and Snowmobile trail.
In the summer months enjoy a relaxing ride in the kayaks (two provided) and have your morning coffee on the full length deck with the most peaceful view!
In the winter months enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine by the fireplace or a relaxing soak in the hot tub! There are two sets of snow shows provided (one womens and one mens) to explore the property and the lake! Also, just 0.3 miles away from the ATV and Snowmobile trails!!
PLEASE NOTE:
You do have private lakeshore/access but this is NOT the best lake for swimming. IT IS GREAT for a kayak stroll and private fishing! It's also located less than a mile from popular/full recreational Dunn Lake!
-In the winter months, please make sure lake is fully frozen and watch for thin ice.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home. One bedroom with a queen bed, kitchen, living and dining area with a pull out sofa bed (full), and one bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also a washer and dryer for your use. The main area is open concept and one whole side of the cabin is windows for an incredible, peaceful view of the private lake! With three sliding glass doors and screens you can really create an indoor/outdoor feel!!

Please Note:
-this is a peaceful private lake but it is NOT great for swimming, it is pretty mucky by the shoreline but gets a little nicer as you venture out.
