Centrally-located Spooner Oasis

Snowmobilers and ATVers welcome!! The Bird House is centrally located in the heart of Spooner on the Yellow River Flowage and close to everything you need! Downtown, Grocery Stores, restaurants, shops, WALKING DISTANCE to The Heart of the North Rodeo and just a hop away from the ATV/Snowmobile trails (Wild Rivers Trail 1 block away)!

This home can comfortably sleep up to 6-8 guests, is family and pet friendly* and fully equipped with everything you'll need for a nice getaway!

Guests will have access to the entire residential home located on the Yellow River Flowage in the heart of Spooner. The home has two bedrooms, one bathroom (shower only) an office space and laundry room, full dining room and two living room spaces.

In the backyard you'll have access to a fully fenced in backyard, outdoor seating and dining with a charcoal grill for your use.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you should need.

Towels, linens and limited toiletries will be provided for you.

Guest access

There is free parking on the property - plenty of space for 2-3 cars and trailers for ATV/Snowmobiles.

Other things to note

*We do allow up to 1 dog per say. Your pup will have to be approved prior to your stay and an additional $25/day pet fee will be charged.

We also ask that you clean up after your pet both INSIDE and OUT. Waste bags will be provided for you.
